view the full articleOur drop-in programs offer inclusive, supportive, non-judgmental and safe spaces for youth up to age 19 during daytime hours. Knowledgeable and caring staff provide engagement, support, mentoring and positive relationships. Youth can access basic needs including meals, access to showers, laundry, daytime shelter, hygiene and clothing. Drop-ins offer recreation as well as programming and life skills development. Our belief is that if it's good for young people, let's do it; making our services and support responsive, adaptable and diverse. Young people have a lot of input into their services and can even step up to be peer supports in our drop-in.
