- Focuses on meeting the needs of 16-24 year olds who are vulnerable in their transition to adulthood, and aims to empower youth by facilitating access to the social, emotional and material supports they need- Designed to assist young people at risk of falling through the cracks - Young people will experience increased resilience and sense of belonging while learning skills to help mitigate risk- Connected by 25 (CB25) is a partnership program between the Canadian Mental Health Association Kelowna Branch and The Bridge Youth and Family Services
