- Provides a community-based outreach service designed to enhance protective factors and reduce risk factors for children and youth living with FASD or a similar neurodevelopment condition - Focuses on working directly with the caregiver to build their capacity to provide ongoing support for their children - Education and consultation services for families and community partners - Support and liaison with school education and planning - Assistance with accessing community resources and services. - Parent Support component provides opportunities to connect in a group environment
