- Offers a physical fitness and social program for people experiencing early memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia with a friend, family member or care partner - Participants will stay physically active, meet and socialize with others living with dementia, get involved in activities such as ping pong, bingo, or other games, and have access to information about dementia and services as needed - The first component is a 45-minute low-impact fitness class lead by a fitness instructor - The staff and volunteers from the Alzheimer Society of BC welcome participants to social/activity time with light refreshments in the second part of the program
